Welcome to PayHisab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PayHisab mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use our Services only as permitted by law and these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services for business management purposes.

2. User Accounts and Security

To use most features of PayHisab, you must register for an account using a valid email address (via Google or Apple authentication). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We highly recommend utilizing the built-in Biometric Lock (Face ID/Touch ID) features for added security on shared devices.

3. User Content and Data

You retain full ownership of all business, employee, and financial data you input into PayHisab ("User Data"). By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal activities or to promote illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Services or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data.

5. Limitation of Liability

PayHisab provides financial tracking and management tools, but it does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYHISAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Profile Settings within the app.

7. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via the application or email.
