Account & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. If you wish to permanently delete your PayHisab account and all associated business data, you can do so easily through the app or by contacting our support team.

⚠️ Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your employee lists, salary records, advances, and financial statistics cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your data to Excel before deleting your account.

Method 1: Delete directly within the app (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the PayHisab application:

  1. Open the PayHisab app and ensure you are logged in.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab in the navigation menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Click the red Delete Account & Data button.
  5. Confirm your decision in the prompt.

Your authentication record and all database documents tied to your account will be instantly and permanently wiped from our cloud servers.

Method 2: Email Request

If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to log in, you can request account deletion via email:

  1. Submit a request via our Contact Us form.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Send the email from the exact email address associated with your PayHisab account (for verification purposes).

We will process your request and securely purge your data within 7 business days.
